Run the Agent

The ACSC agent software provides a connection to the ACSC network on each enrolled host. It runs as a background service on the host.

To run the agent on a host, do the following:

1. Add a host entry in the ACSC app for the host.
2. Download the setup files to the host.
3. Download the agent installer to the host for the appropriate operating system:
   • Windows
   • Linux (and other Unix-like operating systems)
4. Run the installer.
5. Go back to the app, and check the status of the host.
