Cloud Backup Deletion Terms

Data is the lifeblood of organizations. Make sure you read all of the terms and conditions. You may not have as much control over your data in the Clouds as you think!

With the Anti-Cloud Service, you will always have SOLE control of your Data and know exactly where it physically is located. Your Data is NEVER DELETED!

If your Anti-Cloud Service is terminated, for any reason whatsoever, your Anti-Cloud Hard Drives, with whatever Data you placed on them, are shipped to you separately by Next-Day Shipping, in your own External USB Cases, to the address that you typed into the Anti-Cloud Service Sign-up Page or in your Anti-Cloud Service Portal.

With The Anti-Cloud Service , Your Data is Never Deleted — Period!

"THE USE OF AMAZON EC2 DOES NOT GRANT YOU, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE, ANY RIGHT OF PHYSICAL ACCESS TO, OR PHYSICAL POSSESSION OF, ANY AWS SERVERS, EQUIPMENT, REAL OR PERSONAL PROPERTY, OR OTHER ASSETS. We may also terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice to you … if we determine: (c) you are in breach of your payment obligations. Following closure of you AWS ACCOUNT, we will delete Your Content"
"If Customer is late on payment for the Services, Google may Suspend the Services or terminate the Agreement. Upon deletion of a Project or Account, or termination of the Agreement, Google may delete the applicable Bucket Lock Customer Data"
"We wil give at least 30 days' notice before suspending for non-payment. If you do not fully address the reasons for the suspension within 60 days after we suspend, we may terminate your Subscription and delete your Customer Data without any retention period."
